HTS provides a 24/7 service to its customers. Out of hours service is communicated through either by pager or mobile phone. For out of hour service the Duty Personnel is backed up by a Duty Manager who monitors all incoming requests. Response to these calls is always within agreed KPIs.
During normal working hours the work is dispatched by the Works Coordinator with the aid of our GPS vehicle locating system. This system pinpoints and directs the nearest vehicle to the emergency work site.
